Brother MFU on Windows

- Create a temporary directory on local windows disk C:\temp (do not use samba shares, or file name conflicts will result)
- Unpack 8866prus.exe to C:\temp
- Browse to \\Srv and double click the MFC8860DN2 printer
- Click OK in the Connect to Printer dialog (The server for the printer does not have the correct printer driver installed. If you want to search for the proper driver, click OK).
- Click Have disk in the printer installation wizard
- Click Browse in the file chooser dialog, surf to C:\temp\rus and click OK
- In the printer chooser dialog choose Brother MFC-8860DN USB printer and click OK
- Remove temporary files
