Drupal - Image Nodes
Image links are supported with images uploaded through the image module. Just use the name of an image node in the image name of the wiki syntax and it links to this image.
If you have ImageMagick installed, copy image.imagemagick.inc from the image module directory to the drupal includes directory. Reload drupal page and surf to "Administer >> Site configuration >> Image toolkit". Choose the ImageMagick toolkit and click "Save configuration". The configuration form will adapt to the new toolkit. Verify and confirm the ImageMagick binary path and settings.
After the image module is installed and image toolkit is configured, enable at least following supplied sub-modules: Image, "image import" (bundled with "image", not obsolete image import), for easier migration from media wiki, and "ImageMagick Advanced Options".
