Drupal - Livejournal Crossposter

Livejournal cross poster module allows to automatically crosspost entries to a LiveJournal account. It works fine with the following notes:

• The way, it links to node API, is incompatible with AJAX^? submit, so I turned off AJAX on blog entries
• When a node is deleted, it's cross-post is note removed from LJ
• I had a "hanging" LJ post without "out-of-date" mark, and it prevented from automatic cross-posting

Some shortcomings of the module that I fixed:

• The module can insert or update posts, but fails to delete posts (fixed by commit 604)
• If the original drupal post contains relative site urls, they are posted "as is". They should be prefixed with non-SSL URL of the drupal site (fixed by commit 603)
